Le Pignon Bleu is a community organization whose mission is to contribute to the food security of children and families in Quebec City, support their development and contribute to the training and integration into work of unemployed people. Present in 16 elementary schools, 32 leisure services and reaching more than 6,000 children each year, Le Pignon Bleu has been feeding the future of the Capitale-Nationale for more than 30 years.

For more than 40 years, Leucan has worked tirelessly to make the ordeal of cancer less painful. Over the years, it has succeeded in weaving a safety net throughout Quebec so that every child with cancer and their family members receive Leucan’s services, regardless of their place of residence or treatment. The money collected will make it possible to continue to offer many distinctive and adapted services, including accompaniment and emotional support, financial assistance, entertainment in hospital playrooms, massage therapy, socio-recreational activities, school awareness, follow-up for the cured and end-of-life service and bereavement follow-up. In addition, Leucan is the main funder of clinical research whose giant strides have contributed to improving the survival rate, which has risen from 15% to 82% in 20 years. Supporting Leucan means encouraging research, offering relief, bringing smiles… It’s giving hope.

The Philippe Boucher Foundation helps disadvantaged “Stars”, children whose life circumstance has deprived them of a physical or mental capacity. A financial or material resource is offered to some of them to enable them to better enjoy life. Thus, since 1997, hundreds of young Stars have benefited from the help of the Philippe Boucher Foundation.

The Maurice Tanguay Foundation takes concrete action to relieve and promote the well-being of children with special needs, their families and the volunteers who surround them by building permanent infrastructure, providing specialized equipment adapted to their needs or by giving respite to families who, every day, must ensure the well-being of their child.
